Job Role : Managed Services Engineer – Geneos
Location: Singapore
Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview:
Support and manage Geneos monitoring platform to ensure real-time performance visibility and system stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Geneos Gateway and Netprobes
- Develop and manage monitoring rules, alerts, and dashboards
- Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Support integration with other monitoring and ticketing tools
- Conduct health checks and performance optimization
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Geneos administration/support
- Strong understanding of monitoring frameworks
- Experience in financial services environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
