Pure Chat Support Representative, you will assist customers through live chat and messaging platforms only—no phone calls involved. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or career starters who have strong written communication skills and want to work in customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging systems
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
