Purchasing Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent - For technical Civil or Electrical
• At least 7-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in Construction Industry
• Must have knowledge in Procurement procedures.
• Has basic knowledge on Accounting processes and procedures
• Has knowledge on good documentation practices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Canvass materials and labor for incoming projects on bidding

· Prepares procurement plans for new project assignment

· Prepares material submittals for client's approval
