Position: Strategic Sourcing Supervisor (Procurement/Purchasing)

Job Purpose : Serve all Raw Material requirements for Manufacturing Operations at the best price and terms, right quality and quantity, and timely delivery through negotiation and coordination with qualified suppliers and concerned departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiations and strategic sourcing in order to achieve the target of at least 5% positive variance versus AOP, handling a total year materials budget of P 75 MM.
• Find alternative sources of supply for existing materials.
• Lead Time Management - conversion of PR to PO within lead time.
• Procurement Information Systems - Delivery tracking reports and other critical database must be readily available.
