About the Role
- Lead all purchasing activities for the startup and plant ramp‑up phases.
- Oversee the transfer of MRP and MRO processes from a U.S. facility, ensuring operational readiness and continuity of supply.
- Manage procurement of direct and indirect materials, including MRP and MRO.
- Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, development, and performance tracking.
- Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers to mitigate risk and secure uninterrupted supply.
- Serve as the primary liaison with cross‑border operational and procurement teams.
- Implement procurement processes, standards, and best practices aligned with corporate requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Production teams.
