- Graduate of 4 years college
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially advanced excel and PowerPoint)
- With experience in purchasing, planning and monitoring is highly recommended
- Knowledgeable in inventory planning / demand forecasting
- MRP systems (Material Requirements Planning)
Job Description
- Source, evaluate and audit suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, delivery items, and payment conditions
- Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requests
- Preferably residing in Laguna (Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Cabuyao, or Canlubang) or willing to relocate/commute.
