- Find new suppliers according to site request
- Obtain quotations from suppliers for each purchase, manage and negotiate terms & commercial conditions
- Prepare comparison table and presentation to decision maker
- Prepare Purchase Order
- Follow up purchase order process
- Follow up payments with accounting team
- Follow up deliveries and ensure they are according to Purchase Order
Shipment:
- Find new brokers
- Get quotations from each broker for every essential cost (trucks transfer/custom service); manage discount negotiations
- Adapt each shipment particularity to the most suitable broker
