Purchasing Officer

Job Responsibilities: -

Responsible to sourcing, cost negotiations, credit terms and buying of raw materials, consumable items, spare parts and each which required by user.

Responsibles to plan, source and develop an alternative or new potential supplier.

Responsibles control IM budget to ensure no exceed of expenses against budget & audit of new mould by item purchased.

PO assurances to supplier and follow up with supplier to ensure prompt delivery of goods.

Follow up Outstanding Purchase Order and expedite delivery of goods.

Good Receiving Note (GRN) update into system after goods received. Charge out inventoried items from Purchasing Warehouse.

Responsible to maintain & review Approved Vendor List (AVL) for non-inventory supplier.

Prepare Purchasing Monthly Report.

To assist the superior or immediate superior as when required from time to time.

Any other duties as deemed fit by Superior from time to time.
