Purchasing Manager

Ichor’s Precision Machining business (IPM) is seeking a hands‑on Purchasing Manager to play a critical role in scaling and transforming our Mexico machining operation during a period of significant growth. This is a working manager role for a leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and wants to directly shape how a high‑growth manufacturing site operates.

In this role, you will lead a small team of buyers while personally executing daily purchasing activities, deploying advanced ERP tools, strengthening supplier performance, and building scalable procurement processes that support aggressive growth and rapid time‑to‑market demands. You will be a key driver of operational transformation, with high visibility and meaningful influence across the site.

This position is on‑site and embedded within Ichor Precision Machining Mexico’s procurement and operations teams.
