Job Scope

1. Sourcing & Procurement:

Source and purchase materials, equipment, and components as specified in project plans.

2. Cost Negotiation:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to align with project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Finance to align procurement with project timelines and financial constraints.

4. Supplier & Subcontractor Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors; conduct performance reviews.

5. Inventory & Delivery Coordination:

Work closely with the Project teams to monitor inventory levels, plan procurement, and ensure just-in-time delivery to avoid production delays.

6. Risk Management:

Proactively address supply chain risks, delays, or quality issues that may impact project delivery.
