What will you be doing?

Your day will involve onboarding new cardholders, managing accounts, liaising with our banking partner, and resolving issues such as fraud or compromised accounts. You’ll audit transactions using advanced tools, educate users on policy, and contribute to process improvements that make our operations even better.
