About the Role

Purchasing Officer & Admin – Construction


Location: Muntinlupa City, Majority is Flexible
Employment Type: Part-Time (Time do be discussed)

Job Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase construction materials and equipment
  • Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and Send for Approval
  • Monitoring deliveries via Lalamove or Company Truck
  • Coordinate with engineers and project managers for deliveries and procurement
  • Maintain supplier database and cost reports
  • Organize and prepare various Documents necessary for project permits processing

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years purchasing experience in construction
  • Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and general construction knowledge
  • Strong negotiation and MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
