Purchasing Officer & Admin – Construction
Location: Muntinlupa City, Majority is Flexible
Employment Type: Part-Time (Time do be discussed)
Job Responsibilities
- Source and purchase construction materials and equipment
- Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Send for Approval
- Monitoring deliveries via Lalamove or Company Truck
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for deliveries and procurement
- Maintain supplier database and cost reports
- Organize and prepare various Documents necessary for project permits processing
Qualifications
- At least 2 years purchasing experience in construction
- Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and general construction knowledge
- Strong negotiation and MS Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
