We’re looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join a leading global manufacturer on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic supply chain team and ensure production runs smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with Engineering Buyers and the Supply Chain Manager to keep assembly lines moving without delays.
- Manage the Kanban system daily and chase suppliers to prevent shortages.
- Operate the fax ban system, ensuring timely communication with suppliers.
