Purchasing Assistant

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Management /Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent

· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Purchasing / Inventory or equivalent

· SAP knowledge is a plus factor

· Good analytical skills, keen to details and organized

· With excellent communication skills

Job Description:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Assists sorting of specs by vendors for Purchasing Manager's review.
