About the Role


Job :

As part of strengthening our purchasing department, we are looking for a dynamic and rigorous Purchasing Assistant to join our team. Under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager, you will actively participate in the smooth running of procurement by guaranteeing quality, deadlines, and costs:





  • Assist the Purchasing Manager in the daily management of supplier orders.

  • Follow up on internal purchase requests from the hotel's various departments (kitchen, housekeeping, spa, etc.).

  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure their follow-up until delivery.

  • Keep order and supplier tracking spreadsheets up to date.

  • Constantly monitor prices, product quality, and delivery times.

  • Collaborate with accounting for invoice and dispute follow-up.

  • Participate in periodic inventories and quality checks.
