Purchasing Assistant

Overview

Source and purchase raw materials, tooling, consumables, and services

Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery schedules

Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead time, quality, and documentation

Maintain supplier records and evaluate supplier performance

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments

Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock

Handle purchase documentation, invoices, and basic reporting

Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
