About the Role

What will you do as an Purchaser II?

LMI‌ Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced and qualified Purchaser ‌to‌ join our Purchasing ‌Team. Experience in electronics, optics, and machined parts is considered an asset. The Purchaser will be responsible for end to end supply chain activities for their assigned portfolio of parts, some of these are listed below. 

The Purchaser will report to the Purchasing Manager while working closely with other Purchasers and teams. Conducts‌ ‌all‌ ‌purchasing‌ ‌activities‌ ‌in‌ ‌accordance‌ ‌with‌ ‌QMS ‌requirements.‌ ‌
Generates and‌ ‌issues‌ ‌all‌ ‌Purchase‌ ‌Order‌ ‌(PO),‌ ‌carefully‌ ‌considering‌ ‌applicable‌ ‌quality‌ ‌clauses‌ ‌to‌ ‌ensure‌ ‌LMI‌ ‌requirements‌ ‌for‌ ‌purchased‌ ‌product‌ ‌are‌ ‌clear according to MRP requirements.‌ ‌
Work with R&D in the development of new products, vendors, service offerings and strategies within your portfolio of parts.
