Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of purchases, quotation, supplier's information and documentations.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to support the plant operation and manufacturing needs.
• Research and evaluate attractive lines of products to meet departmental needs.
• Involve in decision making to select the best vendors based on price, quality, distribution cost and other factors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
• Other purchasing related tasks as assigned.

Job Specification

• Candidates must possess at least SPM and above.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate and proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a group.
