Scale-up and Support: Lead the transition of new or modified products from R & D to full-scale production, ensuring process feasibility.

Process Development & Improvement: Design, execute, and optimise manufacturing processes through experimentation, troubleshooting, and technology upgrades to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, enhance product quality, and deliver yield and cost improvements.

Safety & Compliance: Provide technical support to Process safety management (PSM), Management of Change-Technology, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and develop/update SOPs and batch records.
