Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park is hiring a PT Business Manager (PTBM) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership seat for someone who can build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver results month after month.

You will be responsible for the full performance of the Personal Training business:

From trainer productivity and sales strategy to client retention and operational compliance. You will lead a team of personal trainers, drive member engagement, and ensure delivery of world‑class service, all while hitting aggressive monthly revenue and performance KPIs.
