• •To provide administrative and operational support to the Department
• •To coordinate with field teams and get the required data on a weekly/monthly basis
• •Review the initial data and share with the project Manager for a second review and analysis.
• •To maintain updated data on a monthly basis for all the components according to the KPI
• •Data entry of various data as per the requirement
• •To prepare monthly analysis, narrative reports & presentations
• •To ensure proper record keeping in soft and hard copies on a daily basis.
• •To raise purchase requisitions (PRs) for items and services as per the requirement
• •To check and submit personal and office expense claims of field teams to the finance department in a timely time
