About the Role
To develop and maintain relationship with providers with objective to provide the best-in-class service & capability for AIA & its customers
Providers Management:
Develop and maintain cooperation with providers (hospitals, clinics, dentist, pharmacies, optics, etc).Develop AIA Platinum Providers with the agreed criteria & qualifications.Review PKS, SKS and addendum on the request from the provider or company.Provide best customer journey (experience) when dealing service with the providers, including the target SLA of LOG (admission & discharge).Prepare regular report e.g monthly top 10 providers in term of payment, utilization, etcHolding regular performance dialogue meetingHolding gathering event and joint promotion with the appointed / selected providersSettlement and Com...
