Prototype Specialist

Overview The Prototype Specialist works in BMA Engineering Teams, reporting directly to the BMA CAD Manager and will engage and support the Prototyping build for new product development from global location, transition to BISSELL Malaysia (BMA). This position requires machinist skills and Additive Manufacturing (AM) knowledge as well as coordination and communication skills to ensure the Prototype Operation runs smoothly. Key responsible is to ensure prototyping activities in BISSELL Malaysia runs smoothly and respond to the demand and needs. Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and executing prototype request tasks and assisting Product Development Team in both Engineering & Prototype Lab aspect. Operate AM Machines, conventional milling machines, and perform basic maintenance. Responsible for ensuring all machines are up and running at specific standard.
