About the Role
Modern Technical Staffing (MTS) is recruiting for a Protoshop Manager on behalf of a leading advanced manufacturing and engineering organization. This role oversees all Prototyping, Pilot Builds, and CNC operations, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The Protoshop Manager will lead technical teams, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with deep prototyping experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven supervisory capability within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
