Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Create and update workflows
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
- In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Keep record of problems and customers solution
- Follow-up with customers
- Reporting base on projects
