ProServ LATAM Partner Leader, ProServe Partner Organization

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Partner team is looking for an experienced Partner Manager to lead our LATAM ProServe Partner Organization. You'll drive transformative outcomes for AWS customers through the ProServe Partner network, through: (1) focusing on AI and Agentic customer transformations, (2) driving intentional go-to-market with ProServe Partners, (3) ensuring secure, high-quality delivery through ProServe Partners, and (4) being a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our partners, customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes.

The LATAM Partner Leader will support partner, and customer relationship management while enabling sellers to lead partner inclusive sales activity ensuring customer satisfaction for a defined set of partners and customers.
