About the Role

Venor is proud to partner with our client, Complex2Clear (C2C) and lead the recruitment for an experienced Proposal Manager to lead complex RFQ and RFP responses for major Public Private Partnership (P3) projects across North America. 
C2C is a bid response consulting firm providing end-to-end support for P3 and other APF proposals. C2C teams have supported public and private sector DBFOM bids in a wide range of industries including IT, communications, water treatment, passenger rail, urban transit, linear and institutional infrastructure, and power generation. In the past decade they have supported clients in pursuits totaling over $18 billion.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of end-to-end RFQ and RFP proposal management for consortium-led projects.
Anticipate roadblocks and proactively solve problems to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
