Proposal Design Coordinator - Temporary

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Design Coordinator to join us on an exciting 18‑month contract opportunity. In this role, you will be a key member of the Business Resource Center (BRC), Aramark’s in‑house agency. Your focus will be on the delivery of high‑quality sales materials and collateral, aligned with the Growth team's efforts to retain existing clients and win new business.

This role is a production graphic designer for the Growth team and the Business Resource Centre team of talent. You will help lead sales‑related projects as the main point of contact to submit proposals, working closely with the wider BRC team to plan and resource project support from shared BRC resources including proposal coordinators, project managers, copywriting, proofreading and creative services.
