Proposal Coordinator Intern (STRIVE Program)

**Job Overview:**

APTIM is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and collaborative Proposal Coordinator Intern to join our proposal team. This intern will support the corporate proposal team in preparation, organization, and submission of high-quality proposals in response to client and government Request for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotes (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI). The intern will also support the implementation of the company's AI-driven RFP software, provide critical data management support, and assist with the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of proposal and project data across multiple platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in proposal development, coordination, compliance, AI, data management, and business operations within a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional services environment.
