Proposal Coordinator

Reports To:

Regional Proposal Team Manager

Role Purpose:

To support pursuit and proposal activities and the development and implementation of pursuit plans and strategy

Primary Functions:

• Assist with assigned aspects of writing and editing corporate documents such as proposals, reports, and communications.
• Assist in the completion of persuasive proposals.
• Create Word templates based on RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents, including detailed breakdowns into key components and table of contents for self‑led opportunities, and provide final formatting before delivery upon request.
• Update proposal log with information from Team’s submittals with personnel, projects, dates, etc.
• Compile information and format project descriptions into GHD Word template.
