You as a Proposal and Procurement Manager will:
Lead a team of construction and design professionals in the development of Design-Build and Alternative Delivery RFQs and RFPs for Civil projects.Review contracts and provide a commercial analysis of the contract including the submission of contract comments and leading commercial CCMs with the Owner. Liaise with project estimators to develop work breakdown structures and participate in subcontractors’ engagement and bid reviews, capital development, marketing, legal and facility management as required.Work with project schedulers to complete a project schedule for submissions to the client.
