Property Shift Engineer

About the Role

Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Property Shift Engineer to join our dynamic Real Estate Management Services team at Malate, Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems—including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC—during your assigned shift.

You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully operational environment for tenants and occupants by conducting regular inspections, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, promptly addressing technical issues, and supporting the day-to-day engineering operations of the property.

What you'll be doing

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, etc.)
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs as required
