The role

As a Property Development Paralegal, you will be managing Off the Plan Sales Queensland.  You will manage the registrations and contracting processes.  Duties involve
 
* Preparing, drafting and lodging plans
* Preparing and managing contracts, ancillary documents, exceptions, variations extensions, cancelations, recissions and terminations.
* managing dates, conditions, obligations, rights and disclosures.
* Creating settlement statements and PEXA workspaces to facilitate settlement
* Managing deposits, adjustments, tax, duties, payments and reconciliations.
