About the Role

Our Developer client is looking to add a Property Manager to their growing team who will be managing a mixed-portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.

$80,000 – $100,000 per annum (based on experience)

3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the operations of properties from meeting with tenants, completing inspections, resolving issues, scheduling services, onboarding tenants, maintenance requests.

Coordinate and manage regular property maintenance, cleaning, repair work orders, and service requests in collaboration with the Building Manager, who reports directly to this role.

Address ad hoc property management matters as they arise, handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
