Property Manager (High-Rise Condominium) - Cebu

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements and timely renewal of permits, licenses and service agreements directly related to the managed property.
• Formulate and ensure the strict implementation of the property security plan, while maintaining due courtesy to all unit owners, tenants, property management, workers and visitors of the property.
• Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
• Develop an annual Operating and Capital Expenditure budget for the property, considering all items requiring budget allocation.
• Closely monitor collection of funds, disbursement of funds and the savings and current account balances of the funds of the property
• Prepare a monthly year-to-date summary of actual revenues and expenses and compare these with the prepared budget.
