We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Management Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels at day-to-day property management tasks but is also eager to step into a leadership role as the team expands. The right candidate will initially work hands-on with operations and, in the near future, lead and manage a small team of virtual assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant communication (email, calls, messages)
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Handle rent tracking, invoices, and basic bookkeeping support
- Update property management software and CRM systems
- Prepare reports and support owners/managers with daily operations
- Document processes and improve workflows
