We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Manager to join our middle management team and lead in line with VIVIDs values, promoting excellent service delivery and exceptional customer service. Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, you'll be responsible for the North Hampshire operational area. This is a full time position, working 37 hours per week. This role allows for hybrid working, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration. You’ll occasionally be required to go out on site when needed.
