About the Role:
As a Property Helpdesk Administration Officer, you will be responsible for processing maintenance requests, managing plant and equipment replacements, and ensuring effective administration via our property information management system (Urbanise). You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all maintenance work is completed within expected time frames. This is a permanent full time role working 76 hours per fortnight: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
