About the Role

Property Engineer

Crewe

Contract - 5 Months

£30.14 per hour - Umbrella
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Property Engineer. You will manage internal and external suppliers for properties and parts and provide in depth technical knowledge and guidance, to support the DCSV objectives and technical development, delivering on time and within budget.
The Role:
Design, construction, delivery and update of properties and models, both internally and with external suppliers

Work with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet all requirements

Ability to demonstrate deliverables status at any time with Key Performance Indicators.

Manage workload on a daily basis and respond to both long term and short term task requests.

Manage any outsourced work in the same technical area, including supplier management.

Budgetary requirements to meet KPI objectives.
