 A privately owned, Melbourne-based property developer and operator specialising in NDIS-compliant accommodation and specialist disability housing (SDA) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Coordinator to support both Operations and Development across a growing portfolio of 100+ operational properties and 80–90 developments.

 The role is predominantly property management focused (approximately 80%), with exposure to defect liability management, maintenance coordination and project handovers across newly completed SDA and NDIS housing assets.
