Property Advisory Services (PAS) is a specialist property team within Business Banking. They provide frontline teams with technical property advice to support growth and manage risk, whilst ensuring positive customer outcomes. In addition, PAS is focused on driving process improvement, reimagining products and services and identifying opportunities in the valuation and broader property industry. PAS is also responsible for the management and monitoring of the commercial, rural and specialised panel of property consultants - an area of great opportunity to deliver leading valuation and other property consultant’s services.
