Property and Facilities Manager

We’re seeking an experienced, professional Property and Facilities Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our diverse property portfolio is well‑managed, compliant, and supports the long‑term strategic goals of Council.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and administering renewals and maintenance for Waitomo District Council infrastructure
• Managing Council’s Elderly Persons Housing accommodation
• Coordinating inspections, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring work is completed efficiently
• Supporting Council to meet its strategic and long‑term planning objectives through strong property management practices
