The Role
The Property Analyst is responsible for providing property performance analysis and insight for a fast growth portfolio of premium Office Assets to Fund and Asset Management teams. Influence strategic decision making and asset performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
Preparation of all financial management reporting incorporating leasing activity and portfolio performance metrics to Group, Fund teams and external stakeholders as required.
