We are looking for a Property Accountant to join our growing team and take ownership of accounting operations for an assigned portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for:
-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-Managing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash balances
-Processing weekly accounts payable check runs and resolving AP issues
-Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
-Assisting property managers with expense analysis, accruals, and CAM reconciliations
