About the Role
Plan & manage project including coordinating sub-contractor, installation arrangement, control of renovation and interior design related works while maintaining a safe work environment.
Knowledge about material application.
Requisition supplies and materials to complete the projects.
Good in site problem solving abilities.
Daily progressive site updates to Designer and Project Director.
Able to work in team and well coordinate with Designer.
Ensures all variation changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are properly documented.
Plan, develop and implement quality work control programs.
Confer with Project Directors, owners, customers, contractors, and consultants to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
