Projects Senior Associate Solicitor with 6 - 8 + years experience sought to join the network of an elite global law firm in Jeddah. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to play key role in a high profile team.

The role will involve focusing on projects documentation across a range of infrastructure and development projects in KSA. working closely with the lead partners in relation to playing a lead role on transaction in relation to the documentation, associated regulatory due diligence etc. Covering working with government, project documents, energy/PPP/infrastructure.

The firm is looking for a high calibre lawyer, ideally with global law firm or construction company experience in KSA. Saudi Nationals and bilingual Arabic / English lawyers are of particular interest.
