About the Role
Mission
The Quotation Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end quotation, tender, and bidding process for the Italian market, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and economically consistent submissions. A key component of the role is the in‑depth analysis of tender documents and technical specifications, translating complex requirements into clear operational guidelines for the team and for all functions involved.
The role also supervises the quotation activities for the Swiss subsidiary, which are partially managed through an outsourced partner based abroad, ensuring alignment with Manutan’s commercial policies, compliance standards, and Group procedures. The position plays a central role in driving operational excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all quotation processes.
