Position Purpose

The Project Support Officer is responsible for providing friendly, responsive, accurate, and consistent information, advice, and service to all customers. The role contributes to a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project manager and project team
• Support all project management and product development activities
• Enact secretariat functions
• Update logs and registers
• Maintain reporting and communication outputs
• Assist teams with documentation development
