Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develops, schedules, and oversees project activities from initiation to completion.
- Team Leadership: Assigns tasks, motivates team members, and provides technical guidance.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensures compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., conducting toolbox talks).
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitors expenses and manages personnel, materials, and vendors.
- Reporting & Communication: Facilitates communication between stakeholders, contractors, and management, providing regular progress updates.
- Problem-Solving: Resolves technical difficulties, material shortages, and site-specific issues.
