Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for hotel and restaurant construction and renovation projects
• Act as the primary architectural coordination manager, liaising with architects, designers, and consultants
• Review, interpret, and manage drawings using AutoCAD and 3D design software
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure adherence to plans, timelines, and budgets
• Demonstrate strong team leadership, managing and motivating project and site teams
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and FRED brand standards
• Prepare project progress reports, track milestones, and resolve on-site issues proactively

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience as a Project Supervisor in construction, hospitality, or multi-site projects
